Due to federal and local laws, we cannot receive medication back after they have been shipped. Once you receive your medications, we will only provide a reshipment if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If there are any problems with your order please notify us within three days of receipt at [email protected]. Your claim will be carefully studied and appropriate steps will be taken immediately to avoid similar problems in the future.
If the product that has been delivered to you is damaged during the shipping process than you will need to inform us within 3 days. You will be referred to our assessment department who will ask for images showing the extent of damage. Once the damage has been analyzed we will re-ship the quantity of product that was damaged. In this case, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
